Training Program Expectations
Training Program Expectations

Throughout the course of the training I expect to be introduced to techniques and technologies related to variety of robotics topics such as mobile robots, robotics manipulators and drones. I expect the training program will cover the relevant skills and knowledge through project-based learning approach, which will facilitate the learning process and equip us with hands-on experience while dealing with real robotic platforms. Robotics development might begin with building the mechanical structure of the robot and selecting the required hardware such as the sensors and actuators, this will require an adequate skills related to electronic and electrical circuits design and implementation. The other part related to the controller and the operating software, which will require a proper knowledge about the controller architecture, interfacing techniques, building and deploying of algorithms, code testing and validation. Advanced topics might include the study of the forward and inverse kinematics, robotic vision and advanced motion planning and control.
